Not quite love letters but almost. I do most of the writing in nature settings for these posts. My intention is to inspire you to connect with nature on a deeper level, to help embrace peace, balance and self-empowerment. I invite you to write back and share your thoughts and feelings as we build this community of women who value nature together.  

Seattle urban nature walks are a special project of mine that I do with my daughter. We create and lead FREE walks around Seattle neighborhoods. Walking is one of the the best ways to explore this interesting and thriving city. The project is the basis for a future Seattle walking guide book. They are super fun and are scheduled almost monthly. We always have great group of walkers and would love for you to join us.     Puget Sound Urban Nature is a series of short descriptions and photographs about urban parks and other nature areas in the Puget Sound region. (This is an ongoing project of mine.) My intent is to inspire locals to take advantage of these incredibly beautiful places.
