This season always feels so sweet, uplifting and, best of all, FUN. And for those of us in the northern hemisphere, it's just beginning. And even though we are still full on in pandemic mode, we can still enjoy summer and do many of these activities safely at or near our homes.

Late night walks and talks with your family—in person or virtually, backyard barbecues and cozy fires, early morning light with coffee outside, patio days, outdoor workouts, yard games, and so much more.

The inspiring energy of this season is heightened by connecting with nature in new ways and you can do it anywhere. Open up to it and you will find that summer is filled with new light and beauty.

As you tap into the energy of the summer months, know that it's not as much about what you do, as it is about how you FEEL when you are doing it. Decide how you want to feel FIRST, then choose an activity or project that will bring about that good feeling. Do you want to feel...
